Storm

The rain storms pop up with little notice this time of year. A clear blue sky suddenly gives way to slate grey clouds, a rumble of thunder and then sheets of rain pelting the top of the car. Wipers give little relief. Barely able to see the road ahead.

Kind of fun, actually!

Down at the River.

What would the summer be like without my regular trips to the river. See my birds, my kayakers, my falls! I'll feature more here eventually. Maryland Life magazine gets first crack, though. Should see publication next summer.

Chasing the Frisbee.

The Odyssey of Grog -- Chapter 2.

The Grog surfaces ever so briefly at a construction site in Rockville, MD! (it is believed he travels through the sewers.) Workers scrambled for safety, terror in their eyes. However, after a loud snarling growl he cleaned out the "roach coach" and was gone.

I remain ever vigilant.
